ELIZABETHTON — It has been a long time since the Carter County Commission devoted hours of its meeting to discussions of how to respond to the challenge of a disease.
ELIZABETHTON – Much of the time in Monday night’s meeting of the Carter County Commission was spent discussing matters involved with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
