Each year at this time, many parents in our region place calls to their local government asking what day trick-or-treating will be held and what are the hours. This question is particularly common when Halloween falls on a Sunday – as it does this year -- and parents would rather their children be able to trick or treat on Saturday. Most area cities and counties place no regulations on Halloween trick-or-treating.
