Johnson City police investigate shooting death

Johnson City police sought the public’s assistance Wednesday after a shooting left a man dead Tuesday night.

About 9 p.m., police went to a residence in the 900 block of Princeton Road. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Police did not suspect foul play, but the investigation was continuing pending autopsy results, according to a news release.
