Julien Fitzgerald, 19, 2203 McKinley Road, was charged with aggravated robbery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The boy was charged with aggravated robbery. Police said the theft occurred on Broadway Street near the former Haven of Mercy Thrift Store, where the juvenile victim was assaulted and his Nike Jordan shoes and his LG cellphone were stolen. Police said they found two of three male assailants — Fitzgerald and the boy — nearby and recovered the stolen items. Fitzgerald was held at the Washington County Detention Center under $26,000 bond awaiting a Sessions Court appearance set for Thursday. The boy was issued a felony juvenile citation and released to his guardian.

Domestic assault charge: A Johnson City man was charged Saturday with felony vandalism, simple domestic assault, public intoxication and resisting arrest. Police said Justin Fiebiger, 35, 1308 Bell Ridge Road, was arrested after he assaulted his girlfriend and damaged her vehicle. As they were placing him under arrest, he resisted for a short time. He was held in the Washington County Detention Center and appeared Monday in Sessions Court.

Walmart trespassing charge: A Morristown woman was charged with shoplifting, criminal trespassing and identity theft Saturday after police were called to a Walmart. Police said as they investigated the shoplifting allegation, Misty L. Whitaker, 37, provided a TN Identification Card and Social Security Card that did not belong to her. Police said the woman she claimed to be was incarcerated at the time. Police said Whitaker was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Jefferson County. She also had been banned from all Walmart properties. She was held at the Washington County Detention Center under $11,000 bond and arraigned Monday in Sessions Court.

Walmart crack: Police said a Walmart shoplifter had crack and drug paraphernalia when she was arrested Sept. 13. Lisa Bridges, 46, 111 McCall Circle, was charged with shoplifting, unlawful drug paraphernalia and felony possession of schedule II drugs. About 10:20 a.m., police went to investigate a shoplifting complaint at the Walmart at 2915 W. Market St., where loss prevention had detained Bridges. Police said she placed some items in a Walmart shopping bag, passed the point of sale without paying for them and placed them in her vehicle. She then returned and concealed some items on her person.  Searching her vehicle, police found about 6 grams of crack cocaine and two glass pipes. Bridges was held at the Washington County Detention Center under $11,000 bond and arraigned Monday in Sessions Court.

Vehicle theft charge: A domestic disturbance at 517 Stanley Ave. led police Sept. 13 to charge a man with two counts of domestic assault and vehicle theft. Police said Gary Barnard, 29, had assaulted two other residents of the home and had taken one victim’s vehicle without consent, along with several of her possessions. He was held at the Washington County Detention Center under $13,000 bond and arraigned Monday in Sessions Court.
