Johnson City police arrested a man for driving under the influence and other charges after a collision Sunday, according to a news release.

When police responded to the scene of the wreck at the intersection of South Pickens Bridge Road and North Roan Street, they learned one of the vehicles had fled the scene. Police were eventually able to obtain the address of the vehicle involved and found Corey Davis, 44, 704 E. Mountain View Road. He was charged with his fourth driving under the influence offense, habitual motor offender, leaving the scene of an accident, following too close and failure to comply with financial responsibility.

Davis was held in the Washington County Detention Center pending a bond hearing in Sessions Court Monday.
