EPD lists charges on four arrested in meth raid

ELIZABETHTON — The Elizabethton Police Department has released information on the methamphetamine-related charges placed on two men and two women who were arrested Monday.

Amanda Ulrich was charged with 18 counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, 12 counts of attempted promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, initiation of process intended to result in methamphetamine manufacture and felony unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Elva Zukosk was charged with initiation of process intended to result in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, six counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, eight counts of attempted promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Peter Larangera was charged with initiation of process intended to result in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, seven counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, five counts of attempted promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Brenard Roache was charged with maintaining a dwelling, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, initiation of process intended to result in methamphetamine manufacture and felony unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Capt. Shane Darling, commander of the Criminal Investigations Division, said the arrests came as officers were responding to a tip and went to Apt. D at 730 Hickory St. The officers discovered components of what is known in methamphetamine manufacturing as a “one pot” meth lab.
