ELIZABETHTON — Two women and two men were arrested on methamphetamine-related charges by the Elizabethton Police Department on Monday morning.

Capt. Shane Darling, commander of the Elizabethton Police Department, identified the four people arrested as:

•Peter Larangera (listed as homeless);

•Bernard Roache, 730D Hickory St.;

•Amanda Ulrich, Clinton, Conn.;

•Elva Zukoski (listed as homeless).

Darling said that officers responding to a tip arrived at Apartment D of 730 Hickory St.

The officers discovered components of what is known in methamphetamine manufacturing as a “one pot” meth lab.

The Tennessee Dangerous Drugs Task Force was called to the scene to make the residence safe. Those arrested at the scene were transported to the Carter County Jail.

Darling said the four were facing “various charges, and some of the charges are related to the manufacture of methamphetamine.” He said the specific charges for each individual had not yet been placed.

Darling said the area has been property decontaminated and there is not any danger to the public.
