A woman who reportedly cut her husband with a knife found herself in jail on domestic assault charges Wednesday, police said in a news release.

Police responded to a hangup call at 2012 Leeland Drive, Lot 8, and saw a man walking away from the mobile home, the release said. He told officers that his wife, Sheana Bartlett, 35, of the Leeland Drive address, cut him with a knife, and officers noted several lacerations on his arm.

The man rejected medical attention, and officers arrested his wife and charged her with domestic assault.

Bartlett was being held at the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond and will be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
