A homeowner called police to report strangers parked in her driveway early Monday morning, resulting in two men’s arrests on drug charges.

About 3:30 a.m., Johnson City police said they discovered Jackson Pohto, 20, and Delmar L. Mack III, 28, in the vehicle smoking marijuana, police said in a news release. After investigating, police determined they had met for a drug sale, including marijuana and Clonazepam, a prescription narcotic.

Pohto and Mack were charged with manufacture/delivery/sale of schedule VI and schedule IV drugs, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange. Both men were held in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond each. Their arraignment was set for Tuesday in Sessions Court.
