Cortney D. Graham, 21, was charged with two counts of TennCare fraud, two counts of sale of a Schedule IV controlled substance, two counts of delivery and one count of maintaining a dwelling where controlled substances are used or sold.
The release stated the Office of the Inspector General, assisted by the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office, conducted an investigation into Graham.
She is accused of obtaining Clonazepam using TennCare. Clonazepam is a controlled substance used to control seizures and panic attacks and is also known as Klonopin. After getting a prescription, Graham allegedly sold some of the pills during an undercover police investigation on two separate occasions.
