TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of June, 2021, at 11:30 a.m. at the front steps of the Old Courthouse, 4311 Hwy 126 Blountville, Sullivan County, Tennessee, the undersigned as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust executed by Matthew Hughes, dated November 19, 2002, of record in said Register's Office in Deed Book 1851C at page 37, by reason of default in the payment of the obligations secured thereby and the performance of the covenants contained therein, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the interest conveyed to said Trustee by said Deed of Trust in the property therein described ("the Property'), situated in the 6th Civil District of Sullivan County, Tennessee, and more particularly described as follows: Upon information and belief, the property is described as follows: BEING a 1.6 acre tract of the Joe B. Mottern Property as shown by subdivision replat drawn by William Henson, TRLS #1891 of record in Plat Book 50, Page 327 in the Register's Office for Sullivan County at Blountville, Tennessee. BEING the same property conveyed to Matthew Hughes by Deed dated November 19, 2002 from Richard Hayes and Ivy Hayes, of record in Deed Book 1851C, Page 34, in the Register's Office for Sullivan County at Blountville, Tennessee. The transfer will include a manufactured home unit described as a 2000 Norris, Inc. Clayton Bayside mobile home (16x80) SN N01025951TM which is permanently affixed to the above-described tract of land. Having the general location of 1677 Mt. Holston Rd., Bluff City, TN 37618 The sale will be made in bar of the equity of redemption, without warranty as to title or encumbrances, and for the purpose of paying the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust. Said sale shall be subject to any restriction, reservations, and conditions of record applicable to said property, deeds, of easements, etc., if any, and any unpaid county and/or city taxes against the said property. TERMS OF SALE: CASH (successful bidder must make a non-refundable cash deposit of 10% of the amount bid, and pay the balance in cash within ten (10) days.
