Jonathan Edward Rhea and Martha Elizabeth Meredith were married Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Christ the King Catholic Church, Nashville. 

Father Dexter Brewer officiated the 6:30 p.m. exchange of vows.

The bride is a daughter of Mitch and Nancy Meredith, 2012 Northwood Drive, Johnson City.

She is a granddaughter of Martha Nan Garland Meredith, Johnson City, and the late J.H. “Bill” Meredith; and Elizabeth Ann Stagmaier Naylor, Chattanooga, and the late Kenneth Allan Naylor.

The groom is a son of Ed and Carol Rhea, 1257 Duncan Road, Manchester, Tenn.

He is a grandson of the late Juanita Wilder Rhea and Jack Russell Rhea, and the late Edith Anderson Linden and Paul Aloysius Linden Jr.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless ivory all-lace gown by Allure featuring a  soft mermaid silhouette featuring crystal and pearl buttons lining the dress from top to bottom and a removable lace bolero.

Maid of honor was Anna Miller.

Bridesmaids were Natasha Price, Anna Staggs Sutton, Lucie Hartman Peoples, Lisa VanCoppenolle and Melisa Hurst Meredith.

Flower girl was Daisy Pennock. Ring bearer was Anderson Sutton.

Devin Baerenwald served as best man.

Groomsmen were Taylor Meredith and Patrick Meredith, brothers of the bride; Will Perkins; Bryan Webb and Corey Webb.

Following a reception at the Nashville event space A Venue, the couple took a wedding trip to Hawaii.
