Jonesborough Repertory Theatre will hold auditions for “Guys and Dolls” on Sunday and Monday, June 2 and 3, at 7 p.m. On Sunday, auditions will be at the theater at 125.5 W. Main St., Jonesborough; on Monday, they'll be at the main fellowship hall of Jonesborough United Methodist Church (a block up the road from the theatre).

The show will run Aug. 29-Sept. 15.

Roles are available for men and women ages 16 and older. Persons wishing to only be part of the ensemble will audition as a group using a song that will be taught that evening. Those wishing to be considered for a lead or featured role are asked to prepare an audition solo that is less than 2 minutes. An accompanist will be provided. If you are bringing sheet music, it must be in a three-ring binder and clearly marked. Tracks can also be played through the sound system but a capella is encouraged.

Those auditioning will be taught a simple dance routine. Please bring a detailed list of scheduled conflicts with you to auditions.
