Pets of the Week

Our regional shelters are full of animals in need of a good home - if there’s any chance at all that you could help them out, it sure would be nice of you. Pay them a visit and see what you can do to donate, volunteer, or adopt a new member of your family.

This week’s Pets of the Week:

* Jack is a very handsome, very sweet, ten-month-old, white and tan Jack Russell Terrier who loves people and would love the chance to show you. He is active and a tad shy, but warms up quickly and loves to be petted and loved on. He would be the perfect addition for any home.

• Sharon is a six-month-old, female domestic short hair who likes laying in the sun, playing with friends, and being held. She is a beautiful, gray Tabby with piercing green eyes and a sleek coat. Take her home and make both of you happy.

• Cane is a big, healthy, happy boy who loves people and wants to find an active family who will let him run and play. He is a very handsome, tan and white, always smiling, male Pit mix whose tail never stops wagging. He’d be a good dog for an older, athletic child to grow with.

• Baldwin is a tiny little fella, as many ten-week-old kittens will be. He’s got a dark black coat that belies his sweetness, and a mischievous nature that would make him a favorite for anyone looking for a cat with personality. Take him home and see for yourself!
