Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter, August 23 - VIDEO

At the moment, the Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter is full. Completely full.

There are far too many dogs at the shelter, with not enough space, and there are twice as many cats, if not more. They need help, and they need families (or anyone) willing to adopt pets in need.

Visit. Volunteer. Donate. Adopt.

There is an adoption event scheduled for Labor Day weekend, with all adoption fees sponsored for qualified applicants who visit the shelter August 29, 30, or 31. It would be a wonderful opportunity to make a new friend, or find a new addition to your family. Please do so!

You can visit the Elizabethton/Carter County Animal Shelter at 135 Sycamore Shoals Road, Elizabethton, or call them at 423-547-6359.
