Hobert Lee Puckett

Hobert Lee Puckett beloved husband, brother, and uncle, passed away on March 6, 2020.

He was the son of the late Howard Charles Puckett and the late Ines Turbyfill Puckett. He born in Carter County and lived most of his life in Johnson City. Mr. Puckett was a retired supervisor from Gordons Furniture Co. of Johnson City for many years. He was of the Free Will Baptist faith. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Barbara Hughes Puckett in 2003. Two sisters: Margaret McInturff and husband Sherman. Frances Barnett and husband Charles. Denny Turbyfill and wife Bonnie. Brother in law Willie Arrowood. Two nephews: Jimmy Mcinturff, Eddie Turbyfill. Survivors included, one sister: Virginia Arrowood, Nieces and Nephews: Kenny and Melissa Arrwood, Bill and Debbie Barnett, Doris Woody,Kathy and Tim Parlier, Rhonda and Paul Myers, Teddy and Vernie Turbyfill, Joanne and Harold Hipps, Norma McInturff. Several great nieces and nephews. A Graveside service at Washington County Memory Gardens will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Chapel, with the Rev. Joshua Hinkle officiating.
