He is survived by his son, David and daughter-in-law, Michelle; and his two grandchildren, Connor and Kaitlyn. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Frank graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Arts & Sciences and Vanderbilt School of Law where he was Law Review. He practiced law in Tennessee for 40 years and was admitted before the United States Supreme Court. For 13 years he was a Navy fighter pilot and held a commercial pilot’s license. Frank was a certified scuba diver and loved golf, skiing, tennis, and bridge. He also served as President of the Downtown Kingsport Association.
