In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband C. F. Mullins; and son Ronald H. Sowers.
She is survived by her brother Larry Asman of Lawrence, Kansas; her children: Lee Sowers (Mary Anne) of Johnson City, TN; Carolyn Sowers (David) of Weatherford, TX; and Richard Sowers of Littleton, CO; her grandchildren: Erik Sowers; Laura Manzik (Ryan); Jeffrey Sowers (Tammy); Mark Sowers; her great-grandchildren: Blake Sowers; Cameron Sowers; Ruby Kay Manzik; her niece LaVonne Mathiasen and nephew Lonnie Asman.
Martha was of the Lutheran faith, continuously displaying her Christian values and virtues by endlessly volunteering her time and talents for others; she loved living on her dream farm in Greene County, TN with her beloved Husband Charlie. Martha was an avid cook and cookie baker; recipe collector; and gardener, who passionately loved flowers and plants.
Funeral services for Martha Clara Mullins will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Friday, November 15, 2019 in the Sunrise Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Services of Johnson City. Burial will follow services in the Salem Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery in Baileyton, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 12:00.

Hansen and staff of Johnson City Internal Medicine; the professional physicians, nurses, caregivers, and staff of Avalon Hospice, and both Cornerstone Village South and North.
