She was born in Camden, NJ, a daughter of the late Samuel Campbell II and Estella Brown Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Dawn Eva Nitsche; and one brother, Phillip Campbell.
Sandra loved spending time with her family and working in her beautiful flowers.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Stephen Barnes; one son, Christopher Jupin and wife Jessica; two daughters, Jesicca Jupin, and Cassi Jupin-Walton; one son-in-law, Robin Nitsche; five grandchildren, Christopher Nitsche and partner Amber Ortiz, David Sasek, Carri Smith, Skyler Jupin, and Madison Jupin; two great grandchildren, Kaeleb Holder and Ivy Hough; four brothers, Dennis Campbell and wife Terri, Samuel Campbell III and wife Jackie, Glenn Campbell, and Paul Burns; two sisters, Dawn Conant, and Robin Morgan and husband Haymond; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Monte Vista Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Doug Atkins officiating. Committal Service and Inurnment will follow in the Garden of the Last Supper at Monte Vista Memorial Park.
