Two Mommie loved to cook and will be remembered for her coconut pies. She loved to laugh and have a good time, especially with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hall; parents, Walter and Minnie Dickerson; an infant sister, Ida Louise; daughter-in-law, Sharon Hall; brother, Henry Dickerson; special niece, Barbara Spivey; and special friend, Mayme Good.
Frances is survived by a daughter, Carole (Jerry) Price; sons, Stanley and Charlie Hall; four grandchildren, Frankie York and David, DeWayne (Kelly) Price, Todd Hall, Chad (Becky) Hall; eight great-grandchildren, Nick (Rachel) York, Lacie York, Madison Smith, Callie Hall, Skyler Hall, Madelyn Hall, Ben Hall, and Catherine Hall; two great-great-granddaughers, Tinlee and Rylee York; special niece, Pat Sherfey; sister-in-law and best friend, Lawanda (Ninnie) Dickerson, whom she talked with every day; many special friends, and very special friends, Pat Armentrout, Nancy Hass, Teresa Estepp and Donna Pinson. She is also survived by her church family at Pleasant view Church of Christ, where she attended from childhood through her adult life and as long as her health permitted. She was the churches oldest member.
The family will be forever grateful for the excellent care she received from the staff at the Waters in Johnson City.
The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm
Honorary pallbearers will be DeWayne Price, Nick York, Todd Hall, Chad Hall, Ben Hall, Roger Dickerson, Don Haren, David Morelock and Mike Gay.
