A native of Detroit, MI, Linda is a daughter of the late Donald Curtis Banner and Emma Jean (Hensley) Ledford. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed fishing and reading. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her step-father: Willard James Ledford.

Banner and wife, Alice; Sisters: Kathy Berry and husband, Kyle, Vicki Ledford and husband, Jeff; Father of her children: Charles Silvers.
The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Linda Carol (Banner) Silvers in a visitation period to begin at 10:30 AM and continue until 12:30 PM on Saturday, September 15, 2018 in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home. A committal service will follow in Evergreen Cemetery at 1:00 PM. Pastor Zach Smith will officiate. Those who wish to attend will meet at Valley Funeral Home by 12:30 PM to go in procession. Pallbearers will be notified.
Flowers are welcome, however, memorial donations can be made at Valley Funeral Home, 1085 N Main Avenue, Erwin, TN 37650, to help with the funeral expenses.
