She worked at Precision Turning.
She attended Fairhaven Baptist Church in Johnson City. She was involved in Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include her husband of 16 years, David Horner; daughter, Chelsey Ginley; son, Keith Ginley; step-son, Chris Horner; granddaughter, Audrey Ginley, who was her pride and joy and the light of her life; mother, Gladys Inscore; brothers: Jeff Dean and Eddie Dean; sisters: Cynthia Pease, Lisa Johnson, Crystal McCurry, and Jessica Dean; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Dean; grandmother, Mattie Bowser; and grandfather, Archie Bowser.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. James Ginley and Rev. David Dugger officiating.
Interment will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Washington County Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 11:15 a.m. for the committal service.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Horner, Allen Hughes, Greg Robbins, Silvino Alarcon, Ronnie Whitaker, and Eddie Massengil.
