New Year’s at Outdoorsmen: A New Year’s Eve Dance Party featuring The PF Flyers will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Dec. 31 at the Outdoorsman, 4535 Highway 11W, Blountville. Champagne toast at 10 p.m. It’s midnight somewhere, and you still have time to get home to see the ball drop. The cost is $10 per person (BYOB and bring your friends). Speedway in Lights: Pinnacle Speedway in Lights featuring a 4-mile trek through 2 million lights at Bristol Motor Speedway continues from 6 to 10 p.m. nightly through Jan. 4, 2020. Use the dragway entrance of Tennessee Highway 394 to access the event. Tickets on Sunday through Thursday are $15 per car, $30 per van or $100 per bus. Tickets on Friday and Saturday are $20 per car, $30 per van and $100 per bus.

Yoga at Memorial Park: Senior Services at Memorial Park Community Center, 510 Bert St., is now holding a yoga class from 6-7 p.m. each Wednesday. The class is designed for beginners and older adults but open to those age 18 and older. All are welcome to join in this restorative practice. The cost is $5 per class. Open Mic at Willow Tree Coffeehouse and Music Room: Downtown Johnson City’s Willow Tree will host live music Friday from Plez and Friends and Saturday from the Black Lillies and more. New Year’s Eve at Capone’s: On New Year’s Eve, Capone’s will host Doctor Ocular and Natural Born Leaders on the Main Stage with an incredible light show by PBJ Lights. DJ Party McFly and DJ Breese will also perform in the Vault. The show is 18 and up with a $10 cover at the door.
