Exhibit at ETSU: The Southeast Fibers Educators Association’s fall 2019 exhibit, “In Flux,” will be displayed at East Tennessee State University through Oct. 25 at the Slocumb Galleries. A closing reception for the exhibit will also be held Thursday, Oct. 24, from 5-7 p.m. at the galleries and will feature a 6 p.m. lecture in the Ball Hall auditorium by artist Cathryn Amidei, whose work is included in the exhibit. Decorate pumpkins at Kingsport library: The Kingsport Public Library's annual pumpkin decorating contest is set for 2 to 5 p.m., Oct. 21, in the library's auditorium.
