Johnson City Public Library Events April 1-7:

Tale to Tail: Monday, April 1, 4-5 p.m. Ages 5-9 & caregivers, register for 15-minute time slot to read to trained listening dog.

Evening Preschool Storytime: Monday, April 1, 7-7:30 p.m. Ages 3-5 & caregivers, children wear pajamas, no registration.

Toddler Time: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, April 2-4, 10:15-10:45 a.m. Ages 19-36 months & caregivers, no registration, choose one day a week.

Preschool Storytime: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, April 2-4, 11-11:30 a.m. Ages 3-5 & caregivers, no registration, choose one day a week.

Bilingual Family Math & Science Storytime: Tuesday, April 2, 6-7 p.m. Ages 3-5 & families, stories introducing math & science concepts presented in Spanish & English, registration encouraged. Los niños de 3 a 5 años y las familias, las historias que introducen conceptos de matemáticas y ciencias se presentan en español e inglés,inscripción sugerida.

Preschool Spring Fling: Wednesday, April 3, 10-11:30 a.m. Ages 18 months-5 years, drop in for spring-themed activities & crafts, no registration.

You and Your Health – Healthy Relationships: Tuesday, April 2, 1-4 p.m. Information table set up in lobby.

Intro to Digital Imaging Class: Tuesday, April 2, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Ages 18-plus, learn to edit digital images using GIMP (free program similar to Photoshop), no registration.

Volunteers of America Information Table: Wednesday, April 3, 10-11:30 a.m. Information table on housing assistance & workforce reintroduction for veterans.

Adult Creative Makerspace — Collage on a Box: Thursday, April 4, 2-4 p.m. Ages 18-up, all materials provided, no registration.

Spanish-Inglés Conversation: Thursday, April 4, 6-7 p.m. All ages & language skill levels, converse with Spanish & English speakers, no registration. Hablar con hablantes de inglés y español, para todos niveles e edades, no inscripción necesaria.

One-on-One Computer Help: Friday, April 5, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. & 2-6 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 12-4 p.m. Ages 13-plus can drop in for one-on-one assistance with computer or smart device questions, no registration.

Washington County Public Library (Gray and Jonesborough):

Toddlers, preschoolers and their adults are invited to come and celebrate spring with fun-themed stories, crafts and songs during April. Toddlers (18 to 35 months) are asked to come to the 9:30 a.m. program, and preschoolers (3-5 years of age) come at 10:15 a.m. Jonesborough's programs are on Tuesday, and Gray's are on Thursday.
