 Bethlehem Lutheran Church: Easter Sunday services, 8 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.; Message theme is "Made Alive in Christ." Holy Communion will be served at both services. An Easter SONrise service will be held 7a.m. at the Upper Mausoleum of Happy Valley Memorial Park with the theme "I Know My Redeemer Lives." An Easter breakfast will be served at the church on Sunday at 9:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Special music will be performed at both worship services. First United Methodist Church, 900 Spring Street: "He is Alive" will be the sermon for Easter Sunday's 10:30 a.m. worship service. The day will begin with a breakfast in the Fellowship Hall from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. There will be no youth or children's programs in the evening, but The Branch, the church's contemporary worship service will meet in the sanctuary at 6:15 p.m. On Wednesday evening, programs for the children and youth will begin at 4:30 p.m.. Mustard Seed Worship Center, 305 Depot Street., Jonesborough will hold Good Friday worship service at 7 p.m. today. The Lord's Supper will be observed; all are welcome to attend. New Liberty Freewill Baptist Church, 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Department. will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ the Lord this Sunday, beginning at 7 a.m. Sunrise service message by Pastor Emeritus Rev. Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 212 Sunset Drive, Johnson City, will offer three services on Easter:  6:45 a.m., sunrise service in the church courtyard; please park in the back parking lot to enter into the church and the courtyard. A light breakfast is served following this service. At 9 a.m., a festival, traditional Holy Communion service will be celebrated, and at 11:15 a.m., another festive holy communion service will be offered with the Heartsong Americana Worship. Gray UMC will have an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20, from 10 until 12 p.m.. There will be a cookout with hot dogs and chips. We will have face painting, bubbles, and lots of candy filled Easter eggs to hunt. The church is located by the fairgrounds in Gray. Bring a friend and join in the fun.
