ELIZABETHTON — The Easter Bunny will be asking for help from the good boys and girls of Elizabethton to help him find more than 2,500 Easter eggs hidden around the Covered Bridge Park on Good Friday.

This will be the first time Elizabethton’s Parks and Recreation Department has held the Bunny Trail Easter Egg Hunt.

In addition to the egg hunt, there will also be plenty of other fun things to do at the park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This family-friendly event will include free inflatables, free balloon animals, visits from the Easter Bunny on the Covered Bridge Stage and other events. Parents are welcome to take photographs of their children enjoying the games and searching for the eggs that will be hidden throughout the park and Edwards Island.

Participants will need to bring an Easter basket to carry the eggs their children find

Food trucks will be available for food purchases.
