Shortly before the Midway opened in the afternoon, the annual Sheep Show continued as fair workers set up their rides and games and vendors set up shop to sell as much merchandise as they could before the last day of the fair the following day.
On Saturday, the schedule will be as follows:
One-hour free rides and admission at 10-11 a.m.
Unlimited Rides from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. — $25
Hand stamp honored until close if purchased before 3 p.m.
8 a.m.: Jr. Sheep Show — Sheep Arena
9 a.m.: Baby Show — Girls — 6-12 months, Museum Stage
9:30 a.m.: 4-H Jr. High Outdoor Meat Cookery
10 a.m.: Midway Opens
10 a.m.: Open and Jr. Dairy Show — Heifers — Show Pavilion
10 p.m.: FFA Speaking Contest — F&H Stage
10 a.m.-9 p.m.: Unique Craftsmen Demonstrations of Times Past — Museum Building.
11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.: B-B-Que, Comfort Foods, Breads & Spreads — Judging — F&H Stage
1 p.m.: Open & Junior Dairy Cows Show — Show Pavilion
1 p.m.: Baby Show — Girls 13-24 months — Museum Stage
2:30 p.m.: Baby Show — Boys 13-24 months — Museum Stage
3 p.m.: Breads & Spreads Judging — F&H Stage
3:30 p.m.: Baby Show — Twins 6-24 months — Museum Stage
4 p.m.: Emma Cole (Country) — F&H Stage
