NET baseball stats: D-B's Thurston among HR leaders

Dobyns-Bennett took over first place in the Big Seven Conference with Tuesday’s win over Science Hill, and the Indians boast one of the area’s top home run hitters.

Derek Thurston is tied with Sullivan South’s Drew Creech atop the home run leaderboard. Each player has totaled six for the season.

Here is this week’s update for the Northeast Tennessee baseball statistical leaders. The new categories this week are stolen bases and WHIP (a ratio of walks plus hits per inning pitched).
