Join an unstoppable network of powerful women – business leaders and community volunteers – dedicated to creating lasting change in Washington County, TN. As a Women United member, you will build strong bonds with like-minded community leaders, deepen your knowledge of community issues, and support those in crisis by sharing your wisdom, service, and generosity.

United Way of Washington County Tennessee is creating a Women United group after a successful launch of the United Way Women’s Leadership Society over the past year.

The society luncheons provided the opportunity for women to network and hear from some amazing women in our community. It was announced that the group will be changing the name from “Women’s Leadership Society” to “Women United” to be more consistent with other United Way Women’s Affinity Groups across the country.

The newly named Women United group will continue to meet for lunch on a quarterly basis but will also allow other opportunities for volunteering and community impact throughout the year and of course, provide lots of time for networking. This group is open to the community. There will be a $250 annual membership fee to be part of Women United to pay for events and community impact projects.

The first lunch event for 2020 will be held in March, more details to follow. If you or someone you know is interested in being part of the Women United group, please contact the United Way of Washington County Tennessee for a Membership Registration Form. These forms need to be completed and returned by December 31, 2019.
