Carmical - Moore

Lindsay Collins Moore, of Johnson City, and Casey Brick Carmical, of Lenoir City, were married on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at First United Methodist Church in Johnson City. Reverend Larry Nees officiated the 4:30 p.m. ceremony. Music was provided by: Matthew Brickey, organist; Jim Fickley, pianist; Judy Story, soloist; and Billy Walker, soloist.

The bride is the daughter of John and Janice Moore, of Johnson City.

The groom is the son of James Carmical, of Atlanta, GA, and Shelly Carmichael, of Morrow, GA.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless chiffon sheath gown, shirred bodice to the waist covered in crystal beading and sequins, and a chapel train.

Jenna Street was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were: Lisa Christian, Lahla Deakins, Julie Willett, Whitney Sivarajan, Julie Cornett, and Jennifer Boarman. Kaitlyn Lee was flower girl.

Matt Guldan served as best man. Groomsmen were: Jason Mysinger, John Rose, Clay Carmical (brother of the groom), Mark Baltz, and Ketan Patel.

The bride graduated from East Tennessee State University, where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is currently employed at Boones Creek Elementary.

The groom graduated from University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he was a member of Taekwondo Club. He is currently self-employed as a freelance Japanese to English translator.

Following a dinner at the Carnegie Hotel, the couple took a wedding trip to Sardinia, Italy. The couple will reside in Johnson City, TN.
