Kingsport Christmas Parade scheduled to begin at 3:15

KINGSPORT — The parade will begin at the corner of Main and Cherokee streets, proceeding down Main, turning right on Clay Street. From there, the parade will go right onto Center Street and disband at the corner of Wexler and Market streets.

Wednesday was the traditional “packing party” for the Santa Train. The event brings together volunteers from throughout the region each year. For some it has become almost as much of a tradition as going to see the train itself.
