Happy Valley's Phillip Garland, Dobyns-Bennett's Joshua Holt and Zachary Benfield of Cloudland were each awarded a scholarship during the inaugural Mountain Empire Chapter of the National Football Foundation scholarship and awards banquet Saturday.
