For the first time in the tournament's 21-year history, a women's division has been added. The first 16 women to register will compete in a women's championship division and compete in 54 holes of medal play from the white tees.

Chris Layne has coached one national champion and 54 All-Americans at Milligan College. After last weekend's performance at the NAIA outdoor track and field meet in Alabama, he has reason to believe more titles could soon come to the Carter County campus.
