It took Tyler Kuresa just one swing to give the Elizabethton Twins all the offense they needed. Kuresa blasted a three-run homer in the first inning, and the Twins won their home opener, beating the Pulaski Yankees, 4-1, Friday night at Joe O'Brien Field.
