The Bluegrass Half Marathon crowned a new champion and also a familiar one on Sunday, as J Penny captured his third title at the event while U.S. Olympian Julie Culley cruised to a women’s race record.

Science Hill, led by medalist Allison Woodward’s 73, walked away with the girls’ team title. In boys, Science Hill’s Peter Chang beat D-B’s James Beckner in a sudden-death playoff for boys medalist honors. The Toppers finished second.
