Bucs look forward to homestand

The schedule makers couldn’t have envisioned how badly the East Tennessee State basketball team needs a few home games right about now. It just happened that way, and the Bucs are hoping to take advantage of a favorable scheduling quirk.

After his two young sons, Jon and James, died in a highway accident in 2008, Doug Herbert started a teen-safe driving program to prevent other families from such heartbreak. Herbert is bringing that program to Bristol Dragway on Feb. 1-2.
