Dad to be charged with murder in death of 5 kids

A South Carolina man killed his five children, ages 1 to 8, then dumped their bodies wrapped in trash bags in a secluded clearing along a rural road in Alabama, authorities said Wednesday.

Through this week, printmaker Dennis McNett and professors and students of the university's art department are constructing a paper mache elephant to be used in a ceremony honoring Big Mary, the circus elephant executed in an Erwin rail yard in 1916.
