Washington County Zoning Administrator Mike Rutherford has determined that Mouse’s Ear Exotic Sports Bar owner Ralph Browning will not be allowed to rebuild the Gray strip club consumed by fire early this year.

A woman reported that two men forced her into her home, where they taped her to a chair. The men then demanded the combination to a safe in the home, threatening to kill the woman's husband upon his return if she did not provide the combination.
