Streaking Buffs hope to put timid start behind them

Milligan College baseball coach Nathan Meade is starting to like what he's seeing from his team. The Buffs have won six in a row to improve to 12-8 on the season. They started tentatively, perhaps thinking too much.

The Lady Buffs defeated No. 1 Tennessee Wesleyan 61-55 in the semifinals of the AAC tournament , while Milligan's men rallied from a 20-point deficit but ran out of gas against top-seeded Union, losing 92-87.
