Milligan cyclist qualifies for junior World Nationals

A bicycle is taking Hannah Swan to Europe for the second time in a year. The Milligan College freshman cyclist found out Friday she qualified for the women's World Junior Nationals, which will be held Sept. 21-28 in Ponferrada, Spain.
