Criminal Court Judge Stacy Street has recused himself from hearing the case of former Unicoi County Sheriff’s Department Capt. Ricky Butler and has instead ordered that the case be heard by Senior Judge Jon Kerry Blackwood.

King Pharmaceuticals LLC has agreed to pay $2.2 million and comply with the Clean Air Act to resolve a complaint filed by federal prosecutors over emissions from its Bristol, Tenn., facility.
