Decision on retrial for Johnson City man convicted of wife's murder delayed; court overturned verdict in March

Dale Larkin was convicted of first-degree murder for his wife’s 2003 asphyxiation death in February 2011. He was not charged in 34-year-old Teri Larkin’s death until 2009 because it was originally ruled an accident.

U.S. Attorney Neil Smith confirmed to the Johnson City Press on Monday that the U.S. Marshal’s Service has ordered Dr. William Kincaid to show up at The Federal Prison Camp in Montgomery, Ala., by July 23.
