Clean up crews were dispatched to a section of North Roan Street, between Old Gray Station Road and Boones Creek Road Tuesday night, after a trailer came loose from a truck around 6 p.m. and hydraulic fluid was spilled in the roadway.

Total rainfall in the region since January has been recorded at 33.06 inches, which put the region at 11.77 inches above the normal of 21.29 inches, according to Derek Eisentrout, meterologist with the National Weather Service in Morristown.
