The East Tennessee State basketball team lost a junior-college transfer for the second time this year when Darius Forest left the team. Forest, a 6-foot-6 junior wing, had not appeared in a game for the Bucs.

After having a ball in the Hall, the East Tennessee State basketball team will try to make itself at home in the Dome again. The Bucs return to the MSHA Athletics Center for the first time in almost a month tonight when they host Tusculum College.

ETSU coach Brittney Ezell said Friday that star forward Destiny Mitchell will sit out the rest of the basketball season as a medical redshirt. She’ll undergo surgery next month to repair an injured knee.
