For the second game in a row, the Bucs lost to a late game-winning shot. This time, it was Jibri Bryan, and his 3-pointer with 16 seconds lifted Mercer to a 69-64 victory over the Bucs Saturday.

Jimmy Nesselt held Butler to one run in eight innings Saturday, as the ETSU baseball team beat Butler 4-1 in the opening game of a doubleheader at Thomas Stadium. The Bulldogs won the second game, 9-3, as Gehrig Parker drove in three runs.

Bucs close out regular season at Mercer, hoping to clinch fourth place in SoCon

It's a new rivalry in the SoCon, but ETSU and Mercer brought quite a history with them when they joined the league. The two rivals, who both moved from the Atlantic Sun after last season, close the regular season today with a matinee at Hawkins Arena.
