Races will delay travel on roads in downtown Johnson City

Motorists on Commerce Street, West Market Street, West Watauga Avenue, Elm Street, Fairview Avenue, Boone Street, Wilson Avenue, Whitney Street, Hamilton Street, Hillcrest Drive and Lamont Street will experience a delay Friday at 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
