TBI: Teen accused in Knoxville drive-by murder captured in Chattanooga

Jabriel Aireece Linzy, 18, was taken into custody at a Chattanooga apartment Tuesday evening by TBI agents, U.S. Marshals and local police, according to a TBI news release.
