Family of pedestrian killed by garbage truck files lawsuit against Johnson City

The son of a woman killed when a Johnson City garbage truck driver failed to stop for her in a crosswalk filed a suit against the city in Washington County Circuit Court asking for monetary compensation for his mother's death.
