Perry Folk, 38, 105 McCall Circle, Johnson City was found dead in the parking lot of the Roadrunner, 1908 E. Unaka Avenue, around 10:15 p.m. Feb. 18. Folk was identified through fingerprints, according to a JCPD press release.
