Rap star Nelly arrested on felony drug possession charges in Cookeville

Million-selling rapper Nelly, who had a No. 1 single in 2002 with "Hot in Herre," was charged Saturday morning with felony drug possession after a stop in Putnam County (Cookeville), the Tennessee Highway Patrol said in a Saturday news release.
